Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the first interior photos of the new GT 4-Door for the 2027 model year. Before the official exterior debut, the brand is focusing on the cabin, which has become notably more technologically advanced and feature-rich.

The driver gets a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14-inch central MBUX screen. An optional 14-inch display is available for the front passenger. The central screen is angled toward the driver, emphasizing the model's sporty focus.

One key highlight is three illuminated rotary knobs on the center console. These adjust the stability control system (with 9 levels of intervention), electric motor response, and handling parameters.

The interior features carbon fiber, stitched leather, and a Burmester 3D audio system. Ambient lighting extends across the dashboard, doors, and even the cupholders.

The Sky Control option offers a split glass roof that can dim each half independently, along with illuminated racing stripes and an AMG logo.

Details on powertrains and pricing will come later. The previous generation started between $103,000 and $208,000, and the new model is likely to be more expensive.

Based on the interior reveal, Mercedes-AMG is betting on a blend of digitalization and physical controls. The three rotary knobs represent an effort to give drivers tactile feedback in an era dominated by touchscreens.

In the four-door sports fastback segment, where the Porsche Panamera and Audi RS7 compete, this balance between driver-focused interface and premium features could be a key competitive advantage for the new model.
